No Skype with eBay?

For the eBay sellers out there, you probably know about the recent integration of Skype with eBay auctions so that buyers can communicate with sellers instantaneously. It makes perfect sense since Skype is owned by eBay anyway. So I've recently been trying to add Skype to my eBay auctions, but to no avail. I linked my Skype name in eBay preferences, yet the options to add Skype in turbolister (version 2) are still greyed out. Does anyone have any insight into this?
