Importing Vector Art into Xara Xtreme

It was a pain trying to figure out how to import vector art into Xara Xtreme. It is extremely powerful for creating vector illustrations, but it lacks in the department of exporting and importing. For example, it cannot export images with correct transparent gradients into illustrator, it just makes a white background for anything that was transparent, and loses the original shape in some cases. I guess that's a little much to ask though, for a program that's only $80. I finally figured out though, to import an illustrator drawing into Xara, all you have to do is export it as an illustrator EPS (file>export>select illustrator EPS from the dropdown menu). Make sure that you save it in illustrator 8 format, and you should be set to open it in Xara Xtreme! Also, if you have objects in your illustrator file that are partially transparent, make them fully opaque to export, and re-do your transparency in Xara.
