2. They are very reliable - I've never had a single problem with uptime.

The thing is, even though you pay for 24 months in advance, if you need to drop your hosting for whatever reason, they will refund you a prorated amount for the unused time. So it is advantageous to go with the 24 month contract despite the larger up-front cost.)
4. Very fast. I was surprised to have very snappy uploads and downloads for this price.
