Is Adsflip broken?

I recently signed up for another free ad network, adsflip.com. Adsflip is one of many free ad networks, including spottt, entrecard, and adgridwork. I was all ready to set up my ad with Adsflip, and despite multiple attempts to do so, this is what I saw:



Note the broken image. That is supposed to be the ad I just uploaded.

When the "Create this Ad" button is clicked, nothing happens - it simply brings you back to the screen where you choose whether to set up an image or text ad.

Additionally, it seems about 50% of the time, the 125x125 ad on my blog is broken:



Please comment and let me know if adsflip is broken for you too. Anyway, I'm serving free ads for someone in the meantime, so if adsflip doesn't fix their ad creator module I'm going to have to drop them like a bad habit.
